Chalet Black Stone: An Architectural Masterpiece in Chamonix.


Nestled in a serene, forested setting, this 326m² chalet is a mere 4-minute drive from the Flégère ski lift and a 6-minute journey to Chamonix's vibrant heart. Designed by leading local architects, it offers an expansive open-plan living area where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the majestic peaks. The space is anchored by a feature fireplace, surrounded by plush seating, and flows seamlessly into a sophisticated dining area for 10 and a fully-equipped kitchen with a chic breakfast bar. Multiple access points lead to the vast wrap-around terrace, an ideal spot for alpine aperitifs.

The chalet comfortably accommodates ten guests in five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each featuring flat-screen TVs. Four double bedrooms reside on the ground floor, two with direct terrace access; all boast modern en-suite shower rooms, with two rooms offering flexible twin or double configurations.
