Sleeping up to 20 guests in 10 lavish bedrooms, the estate combines minimalist elegance with cutting-edge amenities, from wellness sanctuaries to entertainment hubs, all set against breathtaking panoramic mountain vistas.

Designed with minimalist sophistication, Chalet Julisam captivates with floor-to-ceiling glass facades framing the idyllic Alpine landscape. The main building’s centerpiece is a revolving circular sofa, allowing guests to alternate between mesmerizing valley views and the warmth of a grand fireplace, accompanied by melodies from a self-playing Yamaha piano. Both buildings feature 10-seat dining areas, ideal for savoring gourmet meals while immersed in the scenery. Expansive terraces and balconies invite alfresco relaxation, complete with firepit lounges and dining spaces.

The estate’s wellness offerings are unparalleled: a 14-meter indoor pool, two KLAFS designer saunas, a 6-person whirlpool, and a techno-gym cater to relaxation and fitness.
