Perfectly positioned on a blue run in the prestigious Oberlech area, Chalet Mimi provides direct access to the slopes and is just a five-minute walk from the centre of Oberlech. This newly built, four-story chalet sleeps up to 14 guests in sublime comfort. Its design masterfully blends dark wood, traditional Austrian furnishings, and subtle lighting to create a profoundly cosy yet luxurious atmosphere. The heart of the home is the first-floor living area, featuring an open-plan layout with a dining space, a bar, and an expansive balcony for taking in the magnificent mountain vistas.

Chalet Mimi’s accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across its floors. The top floor houses the magnificent master suite, complete with a vaulted ceiling, private balcony, lounge area with a fireplace, a dressing room, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom with a balcony and en-suite shower room also resides on this level. The ground floor contains the remaining bedrooms: two well-appointed double rooms with en-suite facilities, a charming children’s bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeping four) with its own bathroom, and a further double bedroom that connects directly to a separate bunk room (sleeping two), making it an ideal family suite. Every bedroom is equipped with en-suite facilities.

An entire floor is dedicated to wellbeing, forming a comprehensive spa complex. Here, you will find an indoor swimming pool, an indoor Jacuzzi, and a separate outdoor hot tub, a bio sauna, a steam bath, and a dedicated massage room adjacent to a serene relaxation area. For entertainment, guests have a separate TV and library room, which can double as a meeting space or a cozy cinema room. The additional wing, available on request, features its own traditional Stube living and dining area, providing extra privacy for larger groups.

The chalet benefits from a private elevator accessing all floors, a secure ski locker, and a wine cellar. A chauffeur service provides guaranteed access, transporting guests directly into the private garage.
