This architect-designed, four-story chalet is serviced by an elevator and unfolds over 400 square metres of sophisticated living space. Located just a five-minute walk from the vibrant centre of Courchevel Moriond, it comfortably accommodates ten guests in five elegantly appointed en-suite bedrooms.

The heart of the сhalet Overview is the spectacular open-plan living area, featuring double-height ceilings and vast picture windows that frame breathtaking panoramic views of the slopes and Alps. A sleek, central double-sided fireplace elegantly demarcates the lounge from the dining area, which is furnished with a large round table for convivial gatherings. The chalet's interior is a masterful blend of exposed stone, rich wood, and vibrant designer furnishings, creating an ambiance of relaxed modern luxury. Culinary needs are met in a state-of-the-art, semi-professional kitchen, which includes a stylish breakfast bar—perfect for casual morning coffee. Multiple south- and west-facing balconies ensure a seamless flow between the chic interiors and the majestic landscape outside.

The chalet’s sleeping quarters are a study in Alpine chic. The top floor is dedicated to two magnificent master suites, each featuring king-size beds, vaulted ceilings, dressing rooms, and dedicated office areas. One boasts an open-plan bathroom with a freestanding tub, while the other offers a private balcony with commanding mountain vistas. On the ground floor, three further bedrooms—one double and two twins—provide versatile accommodation, each with its own distinctive character and en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The wellness area centres on a generous sunken Jacuzzi, complemented by a hammam, a fully-equipped gym, and a private massage treatment room.
