Nestled 1300m from the resort centre on the Cospillot slope, surrounded by pine trees, this exclusive 687 m² property spans five floors connected by an internal lift, offering ski-in/ski-out access and generous living spaces. The chic designer decor and upscale amenities create an atmosphere of modern elegance.

Chalet Perce Neige can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests in its 8 tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms. The refined and elegant decor harmoniously integrates with the warm ambiance of its surroundings.

Upon entering the ground floor, guests encounter a luminous living area with panoramic views, a central fireplace, and sumptuous seating. The spacious lounge, characterised by open-plan design, large bay windows, and lavish furnishings, provides an intimate setting. The floor also hosts a separate dining area for 15, a well-equipped kitchen, a bar, and a wine cellar.

The level above reveals another expansive lounge with a fireplace and TV, accompanied by a well-appointed office. Outside, a terrace with breathtaking views offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining beside a fire pit.

Chalet Perce Neige's wellness area is a masterpiece, featuring a modern 10 x 3 metre infinity-edge pool, a Jacuzzi (for up to six people), a steam room (for up to eight people), and a massage room. The tranquil haven includes an additional lounge with an ethanol fireplace, a bar, and a games room equipped with a flat screen TV, pool table, pinball, and table tennis. The chalet also boasts its own eight-person home cinema theatre with reclining chairs. An outdoor hot tub for eight people adds to the allure.

Spanning Over three floors, the eight luxurious bedrooms accommodate 14 adults and four children. The master bedroom suite, adorned with stylish furnishings, features a king-size bed, ethanol fireplace, dressing room, balcony, and private bathroom.

The lower ground floor houses three double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a twin en-suite bedroom, and a children's bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeping 4). On the games room level, two additional double/twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms ( windowless) complete the luxurious accommodations.
