Set over five floors, this 660m² traditional Savoyard property seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comforts.

Upon entering the chalet on the ground floor, a lift, or stairs lead to the expansive open-plan living area on the first floor. Featuring a central fireplace dividing the lounge from the dining area, floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the space with natural light and open onto a large south-facing terrace. This outdoor space is equipped with a dining table and sun loungers.

For culinary privacy, a semi-professional kitchen can be discreetly closed off with a sliding door. A grand piano in the lounge entertains skiing adventures.

The lowest floor of the chalet is dedicated to relaxation and wellness, boasting an indoor swimming pool, relaxation area, massage room, and steam room. Wine enthusiasts can enjoy the fully equipped wine cellar on the ground floor. Additionally, a ski room, laundry room, and garage are also located on this floor.

The master bedroom, complete with a balcony, dressing room, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom, occupies the top floor. Another twin/double room with an en-suite shower is also on this floor.
