Nestled at the highest residential point in Courchevel 1850, Chalet Razzie is just 20 meters from the Bellecôte piste, offering stunning views and easy slope access. Despite its convenient location, the chalet remains highly exclusive and private. Three of the four floors are accessible by elevator, and it accommodates up to 12 guests in six luxurious bedrooms. The chalet boasts sophisticated furnishings and a cutting-edge spa with modern amenities.

The chic interiors, showcasing a distinctive Savoyard style, enhance the elegant ambiance of Chalet Razzie. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with vaulted, double-height ceilings, a central fireplace, and a cozy lounge. Additionally, there’s a snug corner and a bar. The dining experience is top-notch, with a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining room. A south-facing balcony, accessed from the living area, is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying apéritifs.

The newly added spa includes a large hot tub(4.20m × 2.20m) with swim jets, along with a steam room and sauna for ultimate relaxation. On the lowest floor, guests can enjoy a private gym and massage room for pampering. The spa includes a lounge area featuring cozy seating, a television, and a pool table.

Chalet Razzie can comfortably accommodate up to ten adults and two children in five beautifully designed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus a bunk room that shares a bathroom. The four double bedrooms on the lower ground floor, including the second master suite with its lounge, open onto a terrace offering spectacular views of the snow-covered mountains. The top-floor master bedroom, accessible only by stairs, includes a private balcony, a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone tub, shower, and double sinks.
