Designed by local architect Jean-Charles Covarel, the property blends reclaimed timber walls and vaulted ceilings with custom fixtures and furnishings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and contemporary art, creating a harmonious balance of traditional and modern aesthetics.

The main floor features a bright and airy open-plan living area with a double-height ceiling, a large open fireplace, an 'L'-shaped sofa, and stunning views of La Face piste. Kilco Penthouse accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor above the living and dining areas, while the remaining four bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms, are located on the main floor.

The lower ground floor welcomes guests with a charming spa area, featuring a small pool with a contraflow current and a Moroccan steam room. This floor also includes private underground parking.
