Conceived from the ground up as the ultimate mountain residence, The Sapphire Estate enjoys a rare and privileged location. Situated within secure, gated grounds, it offers the convenience of a short, level stroll into the vibrant centre of Morzine, yet feels a world away. The interiors are a masterclass in alpine chic, providing a spacious and welcoming atmosphere for up to 16 guests. The heart of the chalet is a stunning living area with a feature fireplace and an inset balcony, flowing into a dining room centred around a handcrafted Balinese table. Wraparound south-facing terraces, complete with a sunken fire pit and a barrel sauna, frame breathtaking views over the village and the surrounding peaks.

Eight beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms are spread across The Sapphire Estate, ensuring privacy and tranquillity for every guest. The main chalet houses six bedrooms, including two stunning master suites on the ground floor with super-king/twin beds and spectacular views, and a third master suite on the lower level featuring a freestanding bath positioned to enjoy the vista. Adjacent to the main residence, the charming annexe, Little Gem, offers a further two en-suite bedrooms with its own open-plan living area and kitchen, perfect for families or staff.

Wellness is at the core of The Sapphire Estate experience. The extraordinary spa is a destination in itself, featuring an indoor swimming pool with massage jets, a fragrant hammam, and an invigorating ice chamber with chromotherapy. A dedicated Bamford treatment room offers a menu of rejuvenating therapies. For social evenings, the lower level reveals a bar and lounge with a pool table, while a state-of-the-art cinema room with games consoles promises immersive entertainment.
