A Legacy of Alpine Excellence
Overview
A member of “Leading Hotels of the World” and “Swiss Deluxe Hotels,” The Mont Cervin Palace has epitomized Swiss hospitality for over 150 years. Founded in 1852 and acquired by Alexander Seiler in 1867, the hotel remains family-owned, with descendants managing multiple Zermatt properties. Its 1994 expansion introduced the luxurious Residence, connected via an underground gallery. Open from early December to mid-April and mid-June to mid-September, the hotel blends timeless elegance with modern Alpine charm, featuring a striking southern façade, turreted roof, and the iconic red horse-drawn carriage awaiting guests at Zermatt’s train station.
